Kardia Band not available in all countries

I just bought the Kardia Band at AliveCore store online in UK and after receiving the Band and installing it in my Apple Watch, I have discovered that the Kardia Band does not work outside some specific countries, such as United Kingdom. I travelled to Brazil and the system stop to work making this expensive ECG useless. AliveCore should release an immediate update to address this issue.
